If you have found a security problem in any of our products, please tell us. We will treat your report seriously and we will not take legal action against anyone who reports in good faith.

How to report

Email security@nexaitech.in with enough detail to reproduce the issue. A short proof of concept helps more than a long description.

What we promise

• We acknowledge your report within 3 working days.
• We tell you our assessment and a rough fix date within 10 working days.
• We credit you when the fix ships, unless you would rather stay anonymous.

What we ask

• Give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before going public.
• Use only accounts you own, and do not access anyone else's data.
• Do not run denial of service tests, spam, or social engineering.

Out of scope

Reports from automated scanners with no working proof of concept, missing security headers with no demonstrated impact, and issues that need a fully compromised device are out of scope.
