These terms cover this website and, unless a product states otherwise, the products listed on it. NexAI Tech is a sole proprietorship based in India.

Using our products

You may use our products for any lawful purpose. You may not resell them, reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows, or use them to harm other people.

Your content

What you create stays yours. We claim no ownership of your contacts, photos, recordings, recipes, or any other content you put into a product. We need a narrow licence to store and process that content only so the product can do what you asked it to do.

Payment

Paid products state their price and what it buys before you pay. Credits, where a product uses them, do not expire. If a paid feature does not work as described, write tosupport@nexaitech.in and we will refund you.

Availability

We work to keep our services up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Products marked beta or building are still changing and may break.

Liability

Our products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
